Yesterday had been one of those busy days, right from the get go - phones ringing, school drop off, making lunches, MIL dropping in, etc etc.
But then in amongst all the crazy I had a client meeting with a talented and inspiring lady who had unknowingly left behind some of her amazing confidence and self-awareness with me.

So with a more focused view of what I'm capable of, I watched the man leave for work, and thought about how much sewing I have to do, and only 2 hours of free time before I had school pickup. I was scrolling through my newsfeed as I made my way to the sewing room and noticed my creatively amazing friend at Sunshine Adore was having an open day. So instead of sewing I decided to do something I don't normally do, I left the sewing behind and jumped in the car and drove out to Sunshine Adore, kid free, and had an inspirational chat. Armed with a camera and my newly acquired wisdom, I took the afternoon and reveled in the gorgeous space Katrina has created for herself.
I didn't want to leave. The funny thing was, as I was so inspired by a client earlier in the day, I too had inspired Katrina through my blog post about time, you can read it here.
Inspiration is everywhere and we should believe in who we are and what we do, because you just don't know who else might just be inspired by you!
